📋 Complaints Procedure

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

  1. Email legal@awareverse.co.uk with COMPLAINT in the subject line. Include your order number if applicable, a clear description of the issue, and what resolution you are looking for.
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
  3. We will investigate thoroughly and respond with our findings within 7 business days.
  4. We will propose a fair resolution and explain our reasoning clearly.
  5. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice or the Small Claims Court for disputes under £10,000.
