These terms apply to all purchases made on awareverse.co.uk. Please also read our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
đĸ 1. About Us
Awareverse is a UK sole trader business owned by Scott Allen, based in Doncaster. We sell sensory products, digital resources, and guides for neurodivergent families and individuals.
đ 2. Ordering and Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer by confirming payment and making your item available â by dispatching physical goods or providing a download link for digital products. Your contract with us is formed when we send your order confirmation.
đˇ 3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP)
- Awareverse is not VAT registered â prices shown are the full price with no VAT added
- We use secure third-party payment processors â we never store your full card details
- You must provide accurate billing details
- Prices may change but will never affect a confirmed order

âŠī¸ 5. Your Right to Cancel
- Physical goods: You have a 14-day cancellation right from the date of delivery. Exceptions apply for hygiene items â see our Returns Policy.
- Digital downloads: If you selected immediate access at checkout and acknowledged that your cancellation right ends when delivery begins, we cannot offer a refund once the download has started. See our Returns Policy.
â ī¸ 6. Product Safety and Suitability
General
All products include safety information and age guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for the intended user. See our Product Safety Information.
Random Selection Products
Certain products including pamper packages contain randomly selected items. For these products specific ingredient lists cannot be provided before purchase. Products may contain common allergens including fragrances, essential oils, and preservatives. Customers must confirm no known allergies before ordering. No refunds are available for allergic reactions to random selection items where this has not been disclosed.
Weighted Products
Weighted blankets and other weighted items are sold as general comfort products only. They are not medical devices or therapeutic treatments. They are not suitable for unsupervised use by children. The user must be able to remove the item independently. Extra care is required for any user with respiratory, cardiac, circulatory, mobility, or temperature regulation difficulties. Use is entirely at the customer's own risk.
đ§ 7. Faulty or Not as Described
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at returns@awareverse.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
đģ 8. Licence for Digital Content
When you purchase a digital product from Awareverse you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or post files online. Backup copies for personal use are permitted.
â 9. Acceptable Use
You must not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe anyone's rights, or in any way that could harm others â particularly vulnerable people or children.
âī¸ 10. Liability
- We do not exclude liability where it is unlawful to do so â including death, personal injury, or fraud
- Subject to this, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
đ 11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
đ 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The version applying to your order is the one in force at the time of checkout. We will notify customers of material changes.

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
