Started keeping a diary of every incident. Photos when possible. After 6 weeks I had undeniable evidence. Took it to GP and requested referral. School couldn't deny it anymore.

I recorded my child explaining how they felt at school. Their words were more powerful than anything I could say. That recording changed everything.
