⚖️ If things go wrong

If the Education Authority refuses to assess, issues a plan you disagree with, or misses deadlines — you have the right to appeal.

You must request mediation before appealing to SENDIST Northern Ireland (except for school placement appeals). Keep notes of every conversation with the Education Authority.
