📞 If the LA contacts you — England
The LA may contact you to check that education is taking place. You are not required to allow home visits or to prove your education meets their standards — but you should be able to demonstrate suitable education is happening.
Keep these logs, photos, and examples of work. If you receive a School Attendance Order, seek advice immediately from your local home education group or a SEND solicitor.
