⚖️ If things go wrong
If the Local Authority refuses to assess, issues a plan you disagree with, or misses deadlines — you have the right to appeal.
You must request mediation before appealing to Education Tribunal for Wales (except for school placement appeals). Keep notes of every conversation with the Local Authority.
